Introduction
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of the date of enrollment (the “Effective Date”) by and between Seek To Rise AB, a company operating within the European Union, with its principal place of business at Öja Byaväg 33, 271 98 Ystad, Sweden, (the “Company”), and the individual enrolling (the “Member”).
1. Services: The Company offers a program (the "Program") aimed at enhancing Members' career outcomes. The Program's content may be revised or updated at the Company's discretion to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
2. Membership Term: The Seek To Rise Community includes FREE access to the 30-Day Dream Job program and all of the program content (videos, quizzes, downloadable content etc.), as well as a 90-day access pass to the Community area, where students actively engage and learn together!
2.1 STR Community Subscription: You can cancel your Community subscription at any time. The Community subscription will be automatically renewed unless canceled. In order to maintain a high quality of service we have a limited number of seats for each subscription tier.
3. Payment Terms: The Member agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee as outlined in the enrollment terms.
4. Member’s Commitments: Members commit to engaging with the Program lawfully and in line with the Company's guidelines. Respect, inclusivity, and positive contribution to the community are expected behaviors.
Seek To Rise AB is committed to fostering a supportive and respectful environment. We expect all interactions within our community to reflect respect, kindness, and inclusivity. Our communication guidelines prohibit:
* Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse;
* Offensive language, personal attacks, or threats;
* Sharing explicit or inappropriate content;
* Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information;
* Spam or unsolicited self-promotion;
* Violations of applicable laws or regulations.
To maintain a positive and inclusive community, we ask members to:
* Respect and empathize with others;
* Encourage and support fellow members;
* Focus discussions on program-related topics;
* Welcome diverse viewpoints and engage in constructive dialogue.
Violations of these principles may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Confidentiality: Information shared within the programs and courses included with your STR Community Subscription, as well as other materials within the STR Community is confidential and should not be disclosed without explicit consent from the Company.
6. Intellectual Property: All content on this website and within the STR Community is owned by the Company and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited. Permission requests should be directed to support@seektorise.com.
7. Refund Policy: At Seek To Rise AB, we are committed to ensuring that our Members reach their career goals. To support this commitment, we offer a comprehensive 30-day action-based refund policy! This policy is designed to encourage active participation and dedication to the Program, with the ultimate purpose of helping our students reach their desired outcome. To qualify for a refund, Members must meet the following conditions:
7.1. Curriculum Completion: You must complete at least 75% of the core curriculum. This does not include any time granted for freezes, pauses, or extensions by Seek To Rise AB.
7.2. Active Job Search: An active approach to your job search is crucial. This involves applying to a minimum of ten companies for positions that align with your career goals and reaching out to at least two sales management or leadership personnel with relevant titles within each organization. These interactions must be personalized and earnest, following the strategies outlined in the Program.
7.2.1. Qualifying Position: A "Qualifying Position" includes roles such as Sales Associate, Sales Consultant, Sales/Business/Account Development Representative (SDR), Tech Sales or Inside Sales Representative, Outside Sales Representative, Account Executive (AE), Account Manager, Sales Support, Client Services, Sales Lead, or Lead Generation/Development roles.
7.3. LinkedIn Networking: Unless you already have over 500+ connections on LinkedIn, active network building to increase your connections is required. Documentation of your progress and activities throughout this period should be provided.
To compile this report, go to Your LinkedIn Profile -> "Me" -> "Settings & Privacy" -> "How LinkedIn uses your data" -> "Get a copy of your data" -> Select "Connections" under "Want something in particular?" -> "Download Archive".
7.4. Guidance Compliance: Adherence to the guidance provided by Seek To Rise AB's Career and Sales Coaches is expected. This includes following their advice on job search strategy, resume and LinkedIn profile creation, network building, and applying for Qualifying Positions that match your skills and expectations.
7.5. Engagement in Q&A Sessions: Our program includes a Weekly Live Q&A session for direct coaching and support. Active participation and seeking feedback are required, with attendance at at least two weekly sessions. Note: Paragraph 7.5 is only relevant for students with Accelerate or Elite tier subscriptions.
7.6. Good Faith Effort: You are expected to make reasonable and good faith efforts towards securing a Qualifying Position.
To request a refund under these terms, written notification along with all necessary documentation must be submitted to support@seektorise.com within 30 days following the purchase date. The documentation must include:
* Your full name, phone number and email address.
* Payment receipt and payment details confirming full payment for the Seek To Rise Community.
* Documentary proof that you have met all the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified 30-day period will result in the denial of the refund request. Seek To Rise AB reserves the right to request additional documentation to assess your eligibility for a refund.
Refunds, whether in full or in part, upon cancellation or withdrawal, are issued solely under the conditions specified in the established Policy relevant to Programs. Beyond the provisions outlined in our Refund Policy, Seek To Rise AB does not assure the issuance of refunds for any fees or charges associated with Seek To Rise AB Programs, including, but not limited to, lack of usage, dissatisfaction, or/and breaches of the Seek To Rise AB Membership Terms by the Student.
Requests for refunds made in good faith will be evaluated and resolved solely at the discretion of Seek To Rise AB.

8. Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability under this Agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the Member during the Membership Term in which the claim occurred.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the European Union and potential country specific laws of the Company and Member.
10. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through mediation. Unresolved disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with European Union regulations and Swedish law.
